Post & Packing

We post all items discreetly packaged immediately upon payment either the same day or next day at the latest. FREE Postal Insurance is included on all orders & we combine postage & handling at discounted rates for multiple item purchases. UK 1st Item is £2.99 P&P (International £3.99) all additional items are just 99p each.

Maximum postage for UK is £9.99 & maximum for International P&P is £12.99.

Please remember the p&p cost is not just the cost of the stamp but includes the costs of shipping & importing the items from abroad including UK Customs & Import duty etc etc.

UK buyers should normally receive their items within 48 hours of payment. For European & International Orders we use Royal Mail Air Mail & please allow 3 - 10 extra days for delivery.

Returns & Exchanges

We are pleased to offer a 100% guarantee that if you are dissatisfied in any way with any product you have ordered, we will provide a full refund or you can exchange the item for an alternative. The goods should be returned unworn, with all labels & manufacturer packaging intact & all garments should be in a proper resalable condition* and are required to be returned within 21 days of receipt.

Please print off & enclose a copy of the invoice that was originally issued via email. Without this invoice goods will only be exchanged at the value currently being charged and no refund will be given. Please note that postage will need to be paid for & please remember to obtain proof of postage from your Post Office.

Lingerie Item Returns

Please note that for reasons of hygiene we are unable to offer a refund or exchange on the following products, if found to be unsuitable:

• Stockings
• Tights
• Knickers & Panties Sets
• Any Item with a crotch

We will of course make a refund if the product is unworn & faulty.*
*This does not affect your statutory rights.

Methods of Payment

You can pay for your goods using all major credit and debit cards (MasterCard, Visa, DUET, Delta, Switch, Solo) via RBS Worldpay, Paypal, postal order or personal cheque. All credit/debit card purchases are subject to the normal validation checks and authorisation procedures adopted by the card issuer. Any refusal by the issuer of any payment card to authorise the payment to us, for any reason, will not render Sexxxy Stockings Lingerie liable for any delay or non-delivery. Where applicable, you may cancel your order in accordance with your rights under the Distance Selling Regulations.

We can not guarantee that the colour displayed on your monitor will accurately reflect the colour of the product on delivery.

We reserve the right to refuse orders where product information has been entered onto our website incorrectly including prices and promotional activity.
